Jana Brown, Au.D.
Allegany Hearing & Balance

Jana Brown, former owner of Allegany Hearing & Balance, earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree in 2004, from the A. T. Still Arizona School of Health Sciences. She also holds a Master of Science Degree from West Virginia University. She is currently serving as Chair on Maryland’s Board of Examiners for Audiology, Speech Language Pathology, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Music Therapy. She is past president of the Maryland Academy of Audiology and served on their executive board for six years. She currently serves on their legislative committee which resulted in Maryland being the first state to allow audiologists to order bloodwork and imaging.

She serves on the Board of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She was honored with ADA’s Leo Doerfler Award in 2017. She also received the Gerber Process Award and the Rich Burba Community Award from Audigy. She has served on the Boards of the Dove Center, the local domestic violence center, and Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.

Stacy Garrard, Au.D.
Kentucky Audiology & Tinnitus Services

Dr. Stacy Garrard is the owner and sole provider for Kentucky Audiology & Tinnitus Services (KATS). She originally joined the KATS team in July 2023, under the direction of Dr. Ann Rhoten, and was presented with the opportunity to take full ownership in August 2025. Dr. Garrard will continue to provide hearing loss, tinnitus, and sound sensitivity services both in person and via telehealth to patients all across Kentucky. Dr. Stacy Garrard obtained her clinical Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) degree from University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2023. She holds Board Certification through the American Academy of Audiology. She is certified to provide Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) and the Lenire Tinnitus Treatment Device. Dr. Garrard is a current member of the American Academy of Audiology, Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and American Tinnitus Association. Dr. Garrard is also currently serving as board member for the Kentucky Academy of Audiology.

Erin Harvey
University of Cincinnati

Erin Harvey is a University of Cincinnati Neurotologist. She completed her training at the Medical University of South Carolina, where her research focused on population-based cochlear implant access as well as cochlear implant quality of life (CIQOL) outcomes.

Lindsey Jorgensen, Au.D., Ph.D.
University of Kentucky

Dr. Lindsey Jorgensen is Chair of the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Kentucky, where she leads graduate education, clinical training, and departmental research in audiology and SLP. A clinical audiologist with a specialty in amplification, her research focuses on the personalization of hearing technology — including real-ear verification and RECD, OTC hearing devices and adoption, the relationship between hearing technology and cognition, amplification, and audiology policy and legislation. Before joining UK, Dr. Jorgensen served as faculty, clinic director, and audiology researcher at the University of South Dakota, and previously worked as a Research Audiologist with the VA. She remains active in global health audiology, including mission work in Guatemala. Dr. Jorgensen is committed to advancing evidence-based, patient-centered audiology and to preparing the next generation of clinicians and scholars across Kentucky and beyond.

Maggie Kettler, Au.D.
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center

Maggie Kettler, Au.D. is an Audiologist and Senior Clinical Director at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr Kettler specializes in diagnostics and treatment of children with hearing loss from birth-21 years old. She works with patients of varying ages and developmental needs. Dr Kettler is currently a member of the interdisciplinary cochlear implant team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr Kettler is a former president of the Ohio Speech Language and Hearing Association and is currently a member of the Ohio Speech and Hearing Government Affairs Coalition. She is also an active member American Academy of Audiology. Maggie is leading the statewide effort of Targeted CMV screening in Ohio. Maggie is passionate about serving not only our patients but also the audiology community.

Raquel Proctor, Au.D., CCC-A, CH-TM
KY Hearing Clinic

Raquel Proctor, AuD, CCC-A, CH-TM, is a clinical audiologist at KY Hearing Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education and Doctor of Audiology from the University of Louisville. Her clinical work includes hearing aid technology, cochlear implants, bone conduction systems, and tinnitus management. She emphasizes family-centered care and identifying practical ways to bridge the gap between evidence and everyday clinical practice.

Ivy Schweinzger, Au.D., Ph.D., CCC-A
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Ivy is a native of Memphis, TN where she attended Rhodes College to obtain her undergraduate degree in Psychology. While completing a Deaf Literacy Fellowship as a program requirement, she developed a newfound passion for hearing science that would lead her to Cincinnati, OH to complete a PhD in Audiology with a concentration in Auditory Neuroscience. Ivy's PhD work primarily focused on using a unique electrophysiological paradigm to map cochlear location of anatomical insult following synaptopathic noise exposure. While completing her postdoctoral research fellowship at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, Ivy completed coursework to also obtain her clinical doctorate (AuD) to facilitate bridging the gap between bench research and clinical application. She now works as a pediatric audiologist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN primarily performing diagnostic evaluations and recently becoming involved in clinical research endeavors as well.
